In addition, Smart meters encourage energy monitoring and help to run your home as effectively as possible.

Each of our new homes have the provision for electric vehicle charging points to be installed after reservation – allowing those that want, to easily charge their EV on the cheapest energy tariff’s available from their provider – or even better for free with excess energy generated by your integrated solar PVs.
